Returns


- All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Return Process


1. Please contact our customer service team at info@Lygorboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Refunds


- After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow at least seven (7) business days from receipt of your item to process your request.
